Of the 12 Umoor Committees, those serving Umoor Dakheliya are present today. You render khidmat in ITS, data, technology, and Jamaat offices with dedication. Daeratul Aqeeq also serves in every city, uplifting Muminaat under the banner of the 12 Umoor. Bunayyatul‑Eidiz‑Zahabi, Talebaat‑ul Mumenaat, Muntasebaat ila al‑Jamea, Burhani Women’s Association, and Saifee Women’s are active across cities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are some of the core responsibilities of the khidmatguzars of Umoor Dakheliyah

Office Management:

➢ Manage the Jamaat office.

➢ Provide office space for all 12 Umoor Teams.

➢ Integrate tools like – JMS in the office management system to enable one window clearance and to ease processes for Mumineen.

➢ Assist, maintain and store equipment for A/V and Relay.

IT (Information Technology):

➢ Assist the Amil Saheb and other Umoor Coordinators in making informed decisions by analyzing available data.

➢ Conduct Data Update Drives to ensure that Mumineen data is up to date.

Communications :

Establish systems for easy communication with Mumineen in the mauze.
