• Obtain and utilize Jamaat Management Software (from Alvazaratus Saifiyah approved vendors) to enable a One Window Clearance System. 

• Maintain and look after computers and related accessoriesin the Jamaat office. 

• Store and maintain audio / visual, and relay related equipment. Upgrade to the best available technology when possible. 

• Set up systems to ensure smooth relays from Hazrat Aaliyah as well as local programs. 

• Ensure that there is a set-up ready to host / attend online webinars.

• Procure and develop Apps and Software required by other teams / committees (ITS Idara should be consulted before developing any new software). 

Note: All Jamaat software should be developed only through the channel of Umoor Dakheliyah.
